All quotes and estimates provided—whether in-person or over the phone—are free of charge and based on the information provided by the client. Final costs may vary due to unforeseen issues, required permits, or customer-requested changes.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are due according to the agreement signed at the time of booking. We accept major forms of payment. In some cases, a deposit may be required before work begins. Late payments may be subject to penalties or delays in service.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service refusal.

6. Warranty

We offer warranties on select fencing materials and workmanship. Warranty terms will be clearly provided in your written service agreement. The warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, misuse, or third-party interference.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hurricane Fence Company Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to property loss, delays, or third-party claims.
